Jackie Morrison   Bus Driver and Mascot!

Jackie Morrison is nearly the band's very own personal bus driver! He works for a family-owned bus company, West Coast Motors, in Campbeltown and has driven the band everywhere in the last 20 years, all bar a few times. So everybody in the band counts Jackie as a full member, although not a playing one!

On one of the trips, we had a spare driver and Jackie came up the back of the bus for all the gossip. One band member who was asleep, woke up and had the fright of her life seeing him walking to the back seat, panicked and shouted "JACKIE, WHO'S DRIVING THE BUS?!" She hadn't realised that the spare driver had got on and was at the wheel!!

Jackie is married to June and has a very large extended family, in the name of Campbeltown Brass!!
