Mid Argyll Music Festival, Lochgilphead

It was a long day of competition at the Mid-Argyll Music Festival but a great day for the band in all quarters. A big well done to every player that competed.


Campbeltown Junior Brass won the Junior Bands section. Campbeltown Brass won the Open Bands section. Amy Paterson won the The Co-operative Membership Cup for the highest mark in Solo Brass.  Campbeltown Junior Brass won "The Gifford Bowl" for the highest mark gained by a Choir or Band with 92 points! Finally, well done to Kintyre Schools Wind Band who came joint second in the Senior Bands.
