Payments on this website are handled by PayPal. They accept all major credit and debit cards and you do not need to have a PayPal account. Once you add your item to the cart it will take you to PayPal's secure site, where you can either checkout or continue shopping. You can also view your cart at any time by pressing the "View Cart" button. Once payment is cleared, please allow 3 - 4 working days for your item to be posted.

If for whatever reason, you wish to return an item, please return it in its original condition. Any item returned within 7 days of receipt of your order will receive a full refund.

To request a return, please send an email to sales@campbeltownbrass.co.uk. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return. We recommend that you either obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office or send your item by Recorded Delivery. The item will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. Please allow up to 7 days from the receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item and delivery charges, return postage are non refundable unless the item is faulty.

Once payment is cleared, your item will be sent by second class. At the moment we can only deliver within the UK.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days from date of confirmation of posting, then please contact us.
